Full Stack Developer – Real Estate PropTech

About the role

Indus Real Estate is seeking a Full Stack Developer to drive digital transformation across its sales, leasing, off‑plan, and marketing teams. You will design, build, and maintain web‑based solutions that support internal applications, CRM systems, and property portals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain responsive websites, web applications and internal business systems.
• Build and sustain front‑end interfaces and back‑end services, including secure RESTful APIs.
• Integrate with CRM platforms and real‑estate portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Maintain and optimise SQL databases, ensuring data accuracy, security and performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to guarantee application reliability.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Support website enhancements, landing pages, CRM improvements and workflow automation.
• Write clean, scalable, well‑documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in testing, deployment, code reviews and ongoing system maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in Dubai’s real‑estate or PropTech sector.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining real‑estate websites, CRM systems or property‑management platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Front‑end frameworks: React, Angular or Vue.js
• Back‑end technologies: Node.js, Laravel (PHP).NET or Python
• SQL databases and RESTful API development
