Full-Stack Engineer Front-end Focused 6 Months Contract

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Full‑Stack Engineer to own end‑to‑end features, from database design to user‑facing interfaces. The role is front‑end focused but requires solid back‑end skills and the ability to integrate AI capabilities such as LLM APIs and retrieval‑augmented generation.
Key responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible UI using React, Next.js, Vue or Svelte with TypeScript.
- Design, develop and maintain backend services and APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, tRPC).
- Create relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and non‑relational data models, write performant queries and handle migrations.
- Integrate AI features, call LLM APIs, implement RAG and stream model output to the UI.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth/OIDC, JWT, managed providers).
- Write automated unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests and set up CI/CD pipelines.
- Own feature lifecycle from design through deployment, monitoring and iteration.
- Optimize performance through SSR/SSG/ISR, caching, Core Web Vitals and query tuning.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience delivering production web applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering AI‑enabled solutions in an enterprise or consulting environment.
- Experience at management consulting firms or large tech companies is a plus.
