Full Stack Engineer

About the role

ThinknThinkn is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable web applications that support its digital infrastructure projects across government, finance and emerging digital asset sectors. The role combines frontend, backend and AI‑driven development and can be performed remotely, with a preference for candidates based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications covering both frontend and backend components.
• Build and manage APIs, integrations and backend services that meet product and business requirements.
• Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Architect and optimise data models, system performance and overall application architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Leverage AI tools, coding assistants and agent‑based workflows to improve development efficiency.
• Integrate AI‑powered features, automations and workflows into products and internal systems.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, testing processes and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues across the full technology stack.
• Document applications, integrations and technical processes.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional able to work independently and proactively identify improvements.
• Comfortable using modern AI development tools and coding assistants on a daily basis.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai or work remotely for a Dubai‑based company.
