Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, build and deliver production‑grade web applications. You will work on both backend services and frontend interfaces, ensuring high quality, reliability and performance while collaborating directly with customers and external contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain microservice‑based applications using Node.js, TypeScript and React.
• Implement REST APIs, authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, SSO) and robust error handling.
• Build responsive, accessible and performant React user interfaces.
• Design and optimise data models in PostgreSQL and MongoDB, handling migrations and performance tuning.
• Own the full delivery cycle – from implementation and release to post‑production stability.
• Review code from external contractors, enforce architectural standards and ensure code quality.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development while validating security and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews and root‑cause analysis of production issues.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and communicate clearly with engineers, product teams and customers.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end features in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug and support production systems.
