Full Stack Engineer – On-site in Abu Dhabi

About the role

Cube agency is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain web applications for its diverse client base. This full‑time, on‑site position in Abu Dhabi offers the chance to work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn business requirements into high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Develop and integrate server‑side APIs and databases.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Maintain code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, refine existing features, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in full‑stack development and experience building production‑ready web applications.
• Hands‑on experience with front‑end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Solid background in back‑end development, server‑side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and databases.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, including Git version control, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate in cross‑functional teams, and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Commitment to writing maintainable, secure, and performant code with a focus on usability and accessibility.
