Full Stack Engineer – Remote (UAE)

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to own the deployment and optimisation of its core HR‑API and customer portal products across the GCC. The role is 100% remote within the UAE, with close collaboration with the technical hub in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable web applications using modern front‑end frameworks and robust back‑end logic.
• Build and optimise foundational HR API layers, ensuring seamless third‑party integration and secure data handshakes.
• Architect clean database structures, optimise complex relational queries and manage high‑volume transactional records.
• Implement Zero‑Trust security protocols, data‑encryption standards and compliance controls for identity verification modules.
• Audit and improve application performance, server‑side rendering metrics and background job handling to maximise uptime.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional full‑stack development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, FinTech or cloud products.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field.
