Full Stack Engineer (Russian-speaking)

About the role

An experienced Full Stack Developer is sought for a client's technology team in Dubai. You will design, develop and maintain scalable web applications across the whole software development lifecycle, from frontend interfaces to backend architecture and database management. Fluency in Russian and English is required to work with international teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy full-stack web applications with modern frameworks
• Build responsive frontend interfaces with React, Angular or Vue.js
• Develop backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs with Node.js, Python, Java or similar
• Design and optimise relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Work with product managers, designers and cross-functional teams
• Write clean, documented code, debug and upgrade existing applications
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Take part in code reviews, sprint planning and Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional full-stack development experience
• Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus
• Experience in multicultural, international environments preferred

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frontend framework: React, Angular or Vue.js
• Backend: Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot or .NET
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• SQL and/or NoSQL databases; CI/CD, Git and Agile
• Preferred: microservices, event-driven systems, DevOps and IaC, open-source contributions
