About the role

We are seeking a full-time Waiter/Waitress to join the food & beverage team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support and assist in the smooth operation of the food & beverage department, ensuring service standards are met.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties, completing work promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise guest satisfaction, handling enquiries and resolving problems.
• Maintain departmental inventory, meet productivity targets and uphold performance levels.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• National academic qualifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in food & beverage service.
