Full-Time Waiter/Waitress – Dubai

About the role

The Swissôtel Al Ghurair & Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair Hotel in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. You will deliver exceptional service to both business and leisure guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in an upscale hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Prepare the service area (mise‑en‑place), monitor food and beverage quality, and ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Minimise waste, breakage and spoilage while adhering to safety and environmental policies.
• Assist with post‑service duties, including cleaning and equipment upkeep.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Additional language skills (Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) are an asset.
