Full-time Waiter/Waitress in Ras Al-Khaimah

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team at the Rixos Bab Al Bahr hotel in Ras Al‑Khaimah. The role involves serving guests in a luxury all‑inclusive environment, ensuring a seamless dining experience and representing the Accor brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, explain dishes, specials and children’s options, and take orders accurately.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items, reset tables, and maintain a clean, orderly restaurant.
• Operate the POS system to ring up sales, print checks, and complete cash‑out procedures following accounting guidelines.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and report resolutions to the manager.
• Handle and maintain service equipment, polish silverware, and ensure workstations are stocked with condiments.
• Assist other Food & Beverage outlets during peak periods and perform opening/closing duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Secondary education.
• Minimum 1 year of food‑and‑beverage serving experience.
• Previous public contact or cashiering experience is a plus.
• Additional foreign language (e.g., Russian) is an asset.
