Kids Club Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kids Club Manager to join our team at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. You will oversee the daily operations of our children's recreational facility, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for young guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement engaging, age‑appropriate activities and programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and child‑protection protocols.
• Manage the Kids Club budget, including purchasing supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records such as attendance, emergency contacts, and incident reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children.
• Collaborate with other departments to create integrated family‑friendly experiences.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions and monitor program effectiveness.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in childcare or recreational settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of child development principles and local child‑protection laws.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with childcare management software.
