Full-time Waitress – Hospitality Role

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waitress to join our team at Al Bustan Centre & Residences in Dubai. The role involves delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests while maintaining hygiene and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional food and beverage service to all guests.
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
• Ensure all service equipment and wares are properly maintained and clean.
• Assist in inventory and control of operating equipment and supplies.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and report issues to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow hotel timekeeping, attendance, and conduct policies.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Ensure adequate mise‑en‑place and station readiness before each service period.
• Comply with HACCP standards and participate in related trainings.
• Uphold safety, emergency, and fire procedures as per hotel policy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage service within a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and hygiene standards.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage products and service techniques.
