Full-time Waitress

About the role

As a Waitress you will prepare and serve food and beverage in line with the hotel’s concept, providing guests with an engaging and personalized experience from start to finish. You will uphold the ibis service promise and the highest brand standards, ensuring every guest moment becomes a memorable one.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate brand standards in all guest interactions.
• Promote and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Provide professional, friendly, and warm service at all times.
• Know and apply restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain full knowledge of the menu, beverage lists, and special promotions.
• Answer guest questions about menu items accurately and helpfully.
• Handle cash and non‑cash transactions, prepare shift end reports, and follow safe money‑handling procedures.
• Operate all outlet equipment safely and efficiently.
• Participate actively in health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Carry out miscellaneous duties as requested by the manager to ensure total quality service.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest service skills with professional presentation and sophisticated communication.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional language is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Previous service experience is an asset.
• Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
