Full‑Time Faculty – Business Management & Public Administration

About the role

The College of Business Administration at AUE is seeking qualified Ph.D. holders for full‑time faculty positions at the Associate Professor and Full Professor levels for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The role involves teaching, research, student advising, and participation in university service, all delivered in English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 12 credit hours of instruction per semester in Strategic Management, Business Management, or Public Administration.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve curricula to maintain AACSB accreditation standards.
• Conduct scholarly research, publish in Scopus‑indexed or peer‑reviewed journals, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Participate in departmental committees and university service activities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field from an accredited university, completed by the time of recruitment.
• Minimum of two years of teaching or professional experience at an internationally accredited university.
• At least three articles published in Scopus‑indexed journals (or five peer‑reviewed articles) within the past five years.
• Excellent English proficiency for instruction and communication.
