Fund Manager - Private Equity (Hospitality Investments)

About the role

Ultiwise Consult is looking for an experienced Fund Manager with a strong background in private equity, particularly hospitality investments, for its Investments / Fund Management department in the UAE. The role reports to the Director of Investments / Managing Partner and combines investment acumen with client-facing sales: the candidate must have successfully engaged HNI/UHNI clients and handled the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and close capital commitments for hospitality-focused private equity funds from HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, wealth management firms and institutional investors.
• Develop and execute a strategy to expand the investor base across regions and build a pipeline through direct outreach, events, partnerships and referrals.
• Own the full investor lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, onboarding and relationship management.
• Present and sell complex financial products such as structured real estate funds and alternative investment vehicles, with product presentations, investment illustrations, ROI models and scenario analyses.
• Customise offerings to each investor segment's risk appetite, goals and return timeline.
• Collaborate with the investment team on asset acquisition, operational plans and projected returns, and explain project IRRs, exit strategies and cash flow models.
• Act as the main point of contact for investors after investment, providing updates on progress, financial performance and distribution timelines, and coordinate with legal and compliance teams on documentation and onboarding.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of experience in fund management, wealth advisory or private equity sales.
• Demonstrated experience raising funds for real estate or hospitality-backed private equity; prior experience selling hospitality investment products is a strong advantage.
• Strong network of HNIs/UHNIs, family offices and wealth intermediaries, and proven ability to close high-value deals independently.
• Preferred: MBA (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent, and a background in investment banking, wealth management, private equity or fund distribution.
