FX Dealer – Trading & Risk Management

About the role

As an FX Dealer you will execute and monitor trades across multiple asset classes, ensuring optimal pricing, execution quality and strict exposure control. You will work closely with the dealing desk, liquidity providers and technology teams to maintain smooth trading operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the foreign exchange portfolio, enforce internal limits and produce daily trading reports.
• Record deals, maintain P&L reporting and reconcile positions between client, coverage and liquidity accounts.
• Configure and maintain MT5 admin, bridge systems and liquidity provider setups.
• Update swap rates, process index dividend adjustments and manage futures expiries.
• Support onboarding and testing of new liquidity providers.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, trading or banking, preferably as an FX Dealer.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MT5 admin, MT5 manager and bridge platforms (e.g., Yourourse, PrimeXM, OneZero, Centroid, FxCubic).
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with Python programming is a plus.
