About the role
Join the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Atlantis Dubai, supporting annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and workforce productivity monitoring. You will conduct detailed financial analysis and translate insights into recommendations that drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
- Monitor workforce productivity and performance metrics.
- Develop financial models and evaluate business scenarios.
- Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Required profile
- Highly analytical and organised professional with strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Financial modelling capabilities.
