FX Retention Floor Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an established FX Brokerage in Dubai. The role involves leading the sales/retention team, managing daily floor operations and driving performance in a high‑pressure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams.
• Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets.
• Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Handle escalations, client issues, and support agents when needed.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes.
• Maintain a positive and competitive working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD Brokerage.
• Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of FX sales retention, deposits, and client handling.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in French.
• Strong reporting and organizational skills.
