FX Sales Retention Agent (Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Mandarin or Korean)

About the role

We are looking for an FX Sales Retention Agent to promote our FX and CFD products, build long‑term client relationships and meet sales and retention targets in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Promote FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships to drive retention and account growth.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active trading clients.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Provide high‑level customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay updated on financial markets, trading conditions and product updates.
• Achieve defined sales and retention targets consistently.

Required profile

• Native or fluent in Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Mandarin or Korean (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in the FX & CFD industry, including a retention role.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Target‑driven experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Numerical and analytical thinking with computer literacy in CRM and office tools.
• Experience working with international brokerage teams and familiarity with trading platforms.
