Gallery Host - Front Office (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Gallery Host is the primary point of contact for guests, delivering courteous and personalized service throughout their stay. This front‑office position ensures a smooth arrival, stay, and departure while supporting the hotel’s revenue and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Operate the Property Management System (PMS) for registrations, room assignments, billing, and payments.
• Maintain strict control of room keys and access cards, prepare arrival documentation and welcome amenities.
• Provide concierge services such as luggage assistance, wake‑up calls, reservations, and transportation coordination.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, process payments and currency transactions, and support upselling of rooms and services.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Food & Beverage and other departments to communicate guest preferences and operational updates.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in front‑office, guest services or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of English; additional language skills (e.g., Russian) are beneficial.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using hotel property management systems (PMS).
