Galley Inserts Technician

About the role

The Galley Inserts Technician will work on the maintenance of aircraft galley equipment such as chillers, ovens and beverage makers. The role is based in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai and involves ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, test, clean and repair galley inserts according to established procedures and technical data.
• Troubleshoot and clear defects to restore equipment functionality.
• Follow repair and return processes to achieve high quality and short cycle times.
• Maintain high levels of quality throughout all maintenance activities.
• Document all maintenance work accurately.
• Comply with Collins Aerospace rules and regulations, including Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, International Trade Compliance and Human Resources.

Required profile

• Experience in inspecting, testing, cleaning and repairing galley equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed technical procedures and documentation standards.
• Awareness of safety, ethics and compliance requirements in an aerospace environment.
