Game Master – Escape Room

About the role

The Game Master/Actor is responsible for preparing and overseeing escape‑room experiences, ensuring safety, and delivering an engaging adventure for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and test all control‑room devices, air‑conditioning, and ethernet connections before opening.
• Conduct pre‑game inspections of each room to confirm readiness.
• Brief teams on rules, safety guidelines, and game objectives.
• Monitor gameplay, provide hints when needed, and guide teams back to reception.
• Reset rooms after each session and perform emergency repairs or report issues.
• Shut down and organize control‑room equipment at closing.
• Assist with birthdays, team‑building events, and portable‑room activities.
• Maintain a safe environment by addressing health‑and‑safety concerns and reporting risks.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and nights.
• Willingness to work paid overtime and a six‑day work week with one weekday off.
• Readiness to participate in acting components of the escape‑room experience.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
