Gaming Marketing Services Supervisor

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor to lead its Gaming Marketing Services team. The role ensures all marketing activities comply with UAE gaming regulations while delivering premium player experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory and compliance adherence for all gaming marketing initiatives, including responsible gaming principles.
• Supervise daily gaming marketing services, ensuring telemarketing scripts, eligibility rules, and access controls are followed.
• Monitor VIP and premium player interactions under enhanced AML, KYC, and risk protocols.
• Coordinate marketing activities with floor operations, hotel, F&B, transportation, and gaming teams.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on player engagement, service utilization, and incidents.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation for regulators and support compliance audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in gaming or hotel reservation environments, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing VIP/Mass player interactions under controlled conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of UAE gaming laws, GCGRA regulations, and internal controls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OPERA property management system.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
