Gardener – Plant Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Gardener/Plant Maintenance professional to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for preserving the high aesthetic standards of our landscaped gardens, lawns, and indoor/outdoor plant areas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture landscaped gardens, lawns, trees, and ornamental plants.
• Ensure indoor and outdoor green spaces meet the presentation standards expected in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Perform routine pruning, fertilising, pest control, and irrigation management.
• Coordinate with hotel operations to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting guest services.
• Monitor plant health and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in garden or plant maintenance, preferably within a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices and local plant species.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed maintenance schedules.
