About the role
The company is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead construction activities, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Report project status to senior management and clients.
Required profile
- Minimum of 10 years of construction experience in the UAE.
- In‑depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documents.
