General Manager – New Mediterranean Restaurant & Beach Club

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch of a new Mediterranean restaurant and beach club in Ras Al Khaimah. The role combines restaurant and lifestyle venue management, focusing on delivering premium guest experiences and driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑opening and opening activities, ensuring operational readiness across all areas.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant and beach club, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and hospitality.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Manage budgets, labour costs, forecasting, P&L, inventory, and operational expenses.
• Recruit, coach, and develop front‑ and back‑of‑house teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and build relationships with guests, VIP clientele, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent delivery of the concept, atmosphere, and service standards throughout the guest journey.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events on launch activities, events, entertainment, activations, and partnerships.
• Monitor guest feedback, operational performance, and key business metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and legal standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a premium or luxury hospitality venue.
• Strong background in beach clubs, lifestyle venues, premium restaurants, or high‑volume concepts.
• Pre‑opening experience and familiarity with Mediterranean concepts are highly preferred.
• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC hospitality market is an advantage.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
