General Manager – Payments & iGaming

About the role

We are looking for a General Manager to lead the end‑to‑end build, launch and scaling of our iGaming payment platform. The role combines strategic product ownership, P&L responsibility and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap and go‑to‑market execution while owning full P&L.
• Lead MVP delivery, set architecture direction and ensure 99.9% uptime with sub‑2‑second latency.
• Secure and maintain payment licences (UK, Malta, Gibraltar, Anjouan) and PCI DSS Level 1 certification.
• Design and operate AML/KYC frameworks, keep fraud below 0.5% and chargebacks under 1%.
• Negotiate with acquiring banks, processors and PSPs; build merchant onboarding with 24‑hour integration target.
• Hire and manage a 15‑20 person team across product, engineering, compliance, operations and sales.

Required profile

• 8+ years in payments, fintech or financial services.
• 3+ years in senior leadership (GM, VP Product, Head of Payments).
• Strong knowledge of card schemes, alternative payment methods and regulated environments.
• Proven track record delivering payment products at scale with measurable growth.
• Experience securing EU payment licences and active relationships with acquiring banks/PSPs.
