General Manager UAE / GCC – Healthcare SaaS & Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Doclift is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead and scale its business across the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on C‑level business development, strategic partnerships and the creation of scalable SaaS ecosystems for the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage C‑level executives in healthcare authorities, hospital groups and related organisations.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive implementation and revenue growth.
• Oversee project management for SaaS deployments across the region.
• Build and nurture a network of regional partners to expand market reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to adapt the SaaS platform to local regulatory and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare SaaS, business development or strategic partnerships within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong track record of closing high‑value deals and generating revenue.
• Ability to work independently and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time from the UAE.
