General Manager – Ultra‑Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an ultra‑luxury 5‑star hotel in Dubai. The role combines uncompromising guest experience with strong commercial performance, brand stewardship and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility, drive revenue, GOP and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for the property.
• Oversee all hotel operations – rooms, F&B, spa, housekeeping and guest relations – ensuring standards meet international luxury benchmarks.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies with sales, marketing and revenue teams.
• Build and inspire a high‑performance executive team and multicultural workforce.
• Identify new revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B and ancillary services.

Required profile

• 15+ years of international hospitality experience.
• Significant General Manager or Hotel Manager leadership in luxury properties.
• Proven track record of delivering strong financial results and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to attract, develop and retain top talent in a multicultural environment.
