General Technician – Staff Accommodation

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our team and support the maintenance operations at our Staff Accommodation. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in general maintenance and be able to respond quickly to repair and maintenance requirements while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our Team Members.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance across staff accommodation buildings.
• Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, AC and general building maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, facilities and equipment.
• Perform AC cleaning, basic servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Execute minor electrical repairs, plumbing works, painting and other general tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergencies raised by Team Members.
• Maintain tools, equipment and materials properly and report major defects to the supervisor.
• Support contractors and specialized technicians when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a General Technician, Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Hands‑on knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, AC, painting and general maintenance.
• Experience in staff accommodation, hotel, resort or residential property maintenance preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, and to live in a remote resort location.
