German Speaking Forex Sales Agent

About the role

The company is looking for a German‑speaking FX Sales Trainee to convert leads into active trading customers in Dubai. You will work closely with clients to educate them on trading platforms and support their onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers
• Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships to support retention and loyalty
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high‑quality customer experience
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities
• Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints

Required profile

• Native German (C2) with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven sales experience in any industry; FX, finance, or high‑performance sales preferred
• Target‑driven, ambitious, and performance‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
• Strong willingness to learn and develop sales expertise
• Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion roles
• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
