German Speaking Forex Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking FX Sales Trainee to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for converting leads into active trading customers and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers.
• Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships to support retention and loyalty.
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high‑quality customer experience.
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey.
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities.

Required profile

• Native German (C2) with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in FX, finance or high‑performance sales.
• Target‑driven, ambitious and performance‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop sales expertise.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
