Global Compliance & Reporting Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

EY is looking for a Manager to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Abu Dhabi. The role will lead complex tax compliance and reporting engagements for multinational clients and help grow the GCR practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of compliance and reporting services.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Supervise and coach high‑performing teams, fostering a learning culture.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships and ensure adherence to EY Tax Quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, etc.) preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, tax accounting and tax auditing, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial, organisational and project‑management experience, with exposure to multinational clients.
• Strong commercial, legislative and industry knowledge and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
