About the role

The Global Press Director will shape and elevate Huda Beauty’s worldwide public‑relations strategy, ensuring the brand’s voice resonates across earned media, cultural moments, and global storytelling opportunities. Reporting to senior leadership, this role safeguards brand reputation while driving cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global PR strategy to boost brand visibility, desirability, and authority.
• Integrate PR narratives with broader brand and communication plans across all markets.
• Build global frameworks, playbooks, and processes for consistent PR excellence.
• Advise the Founder, VP Communications, and senior leaders on brand narrative and cultural storytelling.
• Lead PR for major product launches, brand milestones, founder initiatives, and purpose‑driven campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with global editors, media, creators, and cultural influencers.
• Champion modern PR formats such as brand journalism, social‑first storytelling, and creator‑driven earned media.
• Stay ahead of evolving media ecosystems, emerging platforms, and cultural trends.
• Collaborate with digital, social, and content teams to strengthen owned media that supports earned narratives.
• Explore emerging technologies like AI‑driven insights and predictive media tools to enhance PR strategy.
• Develop and execute crisis communication plans to protect the brand.
