Global Project Sales Manager – Luxury Furniture

About the role

Leta Contract Furniture is looking for a high‑energy Global Project Sales Manager to join its international sales team. The role will be based in one of our flagship showrooms in Los Angeles, London or Dubai and will focus on acquiring new B2B projects for premium hospitality interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cold‑approach and secure high‑value project opportunities in key global markets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, hospitality groups and procurement officers.
• Lead pricing negotiations, prepare tailored commercial offers and close sales contracts while protecting profit margins.
• Coordinate production tracking, custom modifications and international shipping with the manufacturing and logistics teams in Turkey.
• Report sales pipelines, metrics and weekly performance to the management team at the Turkey headquarters.
• Represent Leta at major industry events, trade shows and within our showrooms.

Required profile

• Proven track record of B2B project sales in the global design, luxury or furniture industry.
• Established network of decision‑makers in the HORECA sector (architects, developers, hospitality buyers, designers).
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (French, Russian or Spanish).
• Unlimited mobility and willingness to travel frequently internationally.
• Valid passport for seamless global travel.
