Global Talent Acquisition Lead / Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Lead/Expert to act as a strategic hiring advisor for designated business units at Bybit. In this role you will partner with business leaders to shape workforce planning, talent strategy and executive hiring, delivering high‑quality talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned units, providing strategic hiring support and talent advisory.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership and specialist functions, building strong pipelines.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and competitor activity to inform hiring decisions.
• Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 6+ years of recruitment experience in a high‑performing in‑house team or reputable search firm.
• Proven track record hiring for technical, business, leadership or specialist roles in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services or cryptocurrency industries is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence and executive hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills.
