Global Talent Acquisition Lead Expert

About the role

Bybit, a cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform founded in 2018, is looking for experienced, commercially minded Talent Acquisition professionals to join its global Talent Acquisition team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead / Expert, you act as a strategic hiring advisor to designated business units, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, executive hiring and organizational growth. You own talent strategy for those units, not just recruitment requests, and provide market intelligence and hiring advice.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary TA partner for assigned business units, advising on hiring needs and influencing talent decisions with data and market insight.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership and specialist functions, with proactive global sourcing and strong talent pipelines.
• Provide regular market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring and conduct talent mapping and competitor research.
• Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities and recruitment SLAs, managing multiple searches while keeping candidate quality high.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 6+ years of recruitment experience in an in-house TA team or a reputable search/recruitment firm.
• Proven track record hiring technical, business, leadership or specialist roles in fast-paced environments; experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services or cryptocurrency is highly preferred.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work across global teams and multiple time zones.
