Go Developer

About the role

QuantumGate is building post‑quantum cryptographic solutions and needs an experienced Go Developer to strengthen its backend team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance services that power secure enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang).
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with product owners, frontend developers, and DevOps to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Participate in system design discussions and influence technical decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Stay current with Go development trends and backend architecture best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years with Go.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
