Technical Project Manager – Sim Center Team Lead

About the role

Anduril Industries is establishing a tactical wargaming centre in Abu Dhabi to support its unmanned systems portfolio. The Sim Center Team Lead will act as project manager for the Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (M&SA) programme, delivering customer‑focused training, internal product evaluation and capability‑based experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate a dedicated wargaming facility in the UAE, aligning scenarios with customer requirements.
• Design, develop and execute simulation and wargaming exercises that showcase Anduril’s autonomous systems.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams of analysts, wargamers, system administrators, engineers and warfighters to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets and risk registers, applying Agile methodologies.
• Gather feedback from experiments to inform product improvements and future roadmap decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in defence or simulation environments.
• Strong understanding of military operations and the ability to translate operational needs into simulation architecture.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders and multinational customers.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced setting.
