Golf Operations Attendant

About the role

Discovery Dunes Golf Club is looking for a Golf Operations Attendant to ensure smooth, memorable experiences for members and guests. You will support golfers on the course and at the range, maintaining equipment and delivering high‑quality service in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival and departure at the club and range.
• Provide attentive service during rounds, responding promptly to player requests.
• Stock and maintain golf carts with beverages, towels and amenities; keep carts clean, staged and ready for use.
• Offer valet service for luxury vehicles and manage parking.
• Clean and count clubs before and after play.
• Set up and break down range equipment and daily amenities.
• Perform closing duties such as washing golf balls, restocking buckets and cleaning carts.
• Provide caddie services when qualified and attend department meetings and trainings.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in golf or hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in all weather conditions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
