Google Ads Specialist – Dental Marketing (Remote)

About the role

Teraleads, a fast‑growing dental marketing agency, is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid‑search campaigns for US‑based dental clinics. The position is fully remote within the EMEA time zones and focuses on delivering high‑ROI patient acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of 30‑50 dental accounts.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy and run A/B tests to improve click‑through and conversion rates.
• Analyse performance data in GA4 and generate regular reports for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and CRM teams to align paid‑search strategy with overall acquisition goals.
• Leverage AI tools and automation (Google Ads API, Google Ads Editor) to streamline daily campaign management.
• Focus on qualified patient leads rather than volume, using CRM and sales data to refine targeting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, exclusively for lead generation.
• Proven track record of high‑ROI campaigns for US‑based clients, preferably in the healthcare or dental sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven optimisation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet performance targets.
