Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst – Tech (Emiratized)

About the role

The Analyst will create process documentation, knowledge articles and self‑service guidance for IT services, while ensuring compliance with all IT policies and processes. The role also supports project‑management tools and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create process documentation, workflows, knowledge articles and self‑service guidance for IT services.
• Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
• Facilitate workflow modeling to identify automation opportunities and define end‑to‑end use cases.
• Monitor process outputs, conduct maturity assessments and highlight areas for improvement.
• Track major incident management processes, ensure adherence to escalation procedures and prepare post‑mortem reviews.
• Extract reports, perform high‑level data analysis and suggest improvements based on trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience with strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Proactive attitude, quick learner, good interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Effective team player capable of collaborating in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in statistical languages and statistical software.
• Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Knowledge of project‑management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
• Understanding of design‑thinking practices.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
