Government, Industry & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Boeing is seeking a Government, Industry & Partnerships Specialist to join its Global team in Dubai. Reporting to the Vice President for the Middle East and North Africa, you will help shape and execute Boeing’s strategic vision across the region, supporting growth and productivity objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Boeing business units to ensure an integrated approach to market campaigns and partnership activities.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with government entities, industry partners, customers and strategic allies.
• Identify and evaluate business development opportunities in emerging regional markets.
• Support the implementation of country and regional strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
• Act as the in‑house market expert, providing up‑to‑date intelligence on geopolitical and market trends.
• Facilitate Boeing Global Engagement (BGE) activities and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant experience in government relations, business development or industry partnerships.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple business units and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of the aerospace sector and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
