Graduate Analyst, IT (UAE National)

About the role

JLL is looking for a recent graduate to join its IT team in Dubai. The Graduate Analyst will support the deployment, maintenance and optimisation of technology solutions that enable business functions across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and assist with onboarding new employees.
• Support administration of core IT systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and business applications, including patch management and system upgrades.
• Assist with IT projects, software deployments, infrastructure upgrades and documentation, and track project milestones.
• Analyse IT service metrics, generate performance reports and maintain asset records.
• Support PropTech solutions, cybersecurity initiatives and vendor management, and create technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field; recent graduates (within 2 years) encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills, customer‑service orientation and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, self‑motivation and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Interest in how technology drives business value in commercial real estate.

Required skills

• Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and networking concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Active Directory and basic cloud technologies.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python or SQL.
