Graduate Civil Engineer – Bridges & Tunnels (UAE National)

About the role
WSP in the Middle East is looking for a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join its bridges and tunnels team in Sharjah. The role offers the chance to work on innovative transportation infrastructure projects across the region while developing professional skills under experienced mentors.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out discipline designs to required standards and quality.
- Support project submittals and No Objection Certificates (NOC) process.
- Ensure health & safety, statutory and regulatory requirements are embedded in all work.
- Provide regular work status updates and attend project meetings.
Required profile
- UAE national with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in bridges and tunnels design.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Willingness to work on‑site and travel to project locations.

- Civil 3D
- Bridge and tunnel design software
