Graduate Data Scientist & Analyst Programme 2027

About the role

Revolut’s Graduate Programme offers recent graduates a 12‑month, hands‑on experience in data science and analytics within a fast‑growing fintech environment. You will work directly with product teams to uncover insights, build analytical tools, and support data‑driven decisions that shape the future of finance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a bootcamp and contribute to real projects across multiple product teams.
• Develop analytical tools, dashboards and machine‑learning models to support product launches.
• Improve visibility in user sign‑up flows and operational funnels.
• Enhance and maintain data infrastructure, including ETL pipelines and LookML models.
• Collaborate with Operations, Growth and Product teams to refine features and uncover insights.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset.
• Curious, data‑driven and eager to deliver impact.
• Willing to relocate to one of Revolut’s tech hubs (Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK or UAE) and work on‑site several days a week.
