About the role
Penspen is seeking recent engineering graduates to join its Abu Dhabi office as part of a strategic initiative to strengthen the UAE talent pool. The role offers an entry‑level opportunity to support engineering projects across the oil and gas sector.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to the engineering team on assigned projects.
- Perform non‑complex, non‑critical engineering tasks under supervision.
- Prepare and write technical reports.
- Maintain basic awareness of project schedules and man‑hour budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments and communicate progress effectively.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Process, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
- 0‑3 years of experience in the oil & gas industry (experience in the region is a plus).
- Positive “can‑do” attitude, dependable and hard‑working.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Basic working knowledge of standard engineering software packages.
