About the role
Surbana Jurong is seeking motivated Emirati graduate engineers to join its Dubai team. This role offers recent graduates the chance to start their engineering careers, gain hands‑on project experience and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support engineering teams in the delivery of multidisciplinary projects.
- Assist with engineering design, technical documentation, and project coordination activities.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support project objectives.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development programs.
- Contribute to project planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Required profile
- UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
