About the role
Penspen, an energy services company founded in 1954 and now with offices in London, Mexico, Colombia, Houston and Abu Dhabi, is recruiting Emirati graduate engineers for a multidiscipline discipline engineering role based in Abu Dhabi. The position supports the engineering team on projects and within the business, and is open to graduates from Process, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control and Electrical disciplines.
Training during the role
- Learn the basics of engineering
- Familiarise yourself with international codes, standards and engineering practices
- Learn the full range of design, from concept to detailed design
- Learn to prepare non-critical engineering design documents
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialisation in a relevant discipline
- Learning mindset and willingness to work in a multicultural team
- Knowledge of basic engineering processes
The contract is fixed term and full time. The closing date is 31 December 2026.
