About the role
Penspen, an energy services company founded in 1954 and now with offices in London, Mexico, Colombia, Houston and Abu Dhabi, is recruiting fresh engineering graduates for its Graduate Engineer (Instrumentation & Control) programme. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and supports the engineering team on projects and within the business. It is a fixed-term full-time position.
Training during the programme
- Learn the basics of engineering
- Familiarise yourself with international codes, standards and engineering practices
- Learn all aspects of design, from concept to detailed design
- Learn to prepare non-critical engineering design documents
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a specialisation in Instrumentation & Control
- Knowledge of basic engineering processes
- A learning mindset and willingness to work in a multi-cultural team
